You may access this from Craft by Maryam for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• Republish material from Craft by Maryam
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Craft by Maryam
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Craft by Maryam
• Redistribute content from Craft by Maryam

2. Orders, Customizations, & Perishability

Craft by Maryam specializes in handcrafted customized flower bouquets, chocolates, cakes, and event arrangements.

• Custom Orders: Every arrangement is unique. Minor variations in flower size, wrappers, matching ribbons, and exact colors may occur depending on seasonal availability.
• Perishability: Because fresh cut flowers, cakes, and confectionery items are highly perishable, they must be handled with care upon delivery. We are not liable for degradation of products due to improper storage, heat exposure, or neglect after delivery.
• Deliveries: While we strive to meet specific delivery slots, delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or road disruptions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our arrangements are custom-built to order and contain perishable materials:

• Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations requested within 24 to 48 hours of scheduled delivery are eligible for a 50% refund or store credit.
• We cannot offer refunds or order modifications for cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery, as the materials are already procured and crafted.

4. User Accounts & Customer Conduct

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
